Buttermilk Cheese Bread

INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water (105-110F.)
1 1/2 cups buttermilk (at room temperature)
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour (approximately)
2 Tbsp white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp fine salt
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded and packed)
2 Tbsp butter (melted, for brushing before and after baking)
