INGREDIENTS

ground sirloin or chuck ( I use about 1 and 1/2 lbs.)

1 can dark kidney beans or black beans, drained
•
1 can light kidney beans or pintos, drained
•
1 packet of Chilio seasoning ( I buy the no onions packet)
•
Assorted peppers ( I used bell, yellow, red, orange)
•
* I used about a fourth of each pepper
•
1 large can whole tomatoes
•
1 small can of mexicorn
•
1 and 1/2 cups V-8 Hot and Spicy Juice (low sodium)
•
fresh ground coarse black pepper ( I prefer a lot)
•
Garnishes:
•
Shredded mexicali cheese
•
sour cream
•
jalapenos
•
fritos or corn chips or cornbread
