Ingredients: 1 cup (1/2 pound, 2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted and let cool a bit; 1 cup packed dark or light brown sugar; 1/2 cup granulated sugar; 2 large eggs; 2 teaspoons vanilla extract; 2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon cornstarch; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 cups pecans, toasted and chopped
