1 ¼ cups Butter, softened and divided
2 cups Granulated Sugar
4 Medium Eggs
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
3 cups, sifted, All-Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Milk – warmed
1 cup Butter, softened
8 cups Confectioners Sugar
1 can Evaporated Milk (5oz)
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
