Butter Chicken in the Instant Pot (aka Murgh Makhani)

INGREDIENTS
2 lb chicken (boneless/skinless thighs)
1/2 cup chicken broth
5 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups onions (diced)
4 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream ((added to the sauce after pressure cooked.))
2 tsp Garam Masala Seasoning Blend ((make your own instructions above in blog))
2 tbsp red curry paste (you can use less if you are worried about 'heat')
15 oz can tomato sauce (no added sugar)
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 ½ tsp ground ginger
1 tsp salt
cilantro (garnish)
