Bundt Pan Stuffing

1 pound loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes (about 8 cups)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup chopped onion
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon ground sage
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
