8 corn tortillas
•
2 tablespoons of olive oil
•
4 stalks of celery, diced
•
4 ounces of blue cheese (I used Blue Stilton)
•
Greek Yogurt, Hot Sauce, Avocado, Tomatoes, etc. for garnish
•
Skewers (metal or wood soaked for an hour)
