Ingredients: 3 cups of shredded Chicken, I use a rotisserie Chicken; ⅓ cup chopped green onion; ¼ tsp garlic powder; ¼ tsp salt; 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded; ½ cup Bleu Cheese, crumbled; 5 ounces, (more or less to taste) Frank’s Red Hot Sauce; 8 ounces Cream Cheese, at room temperature; 5 or 6 large flour tortillas
