2 medium chicken breasts (about 1 lb total), cooked and shredded

1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
1 teaspoon packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1-2 scallions and/or 2 tablespoons minced red onion (optional garnish)
