INGREDIENTS

1 cup masa flour (I use Maseca brand from Walmart)

2/3 cup oat flour (use gluten free if necessary)
•
2 tsp. THM Super Sweet Blend (use more for a sweeter cornbread if desired)
•
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
•
1/2 tsp. turmeric for color, optional
•
Scant tsp. salt
•
1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
•
1/2 cup egg whites
•
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
•
1/4 cup water
