½ cup virgin coconut oil

1 heaping tablespoon honey (preferably raw)(can use maple syrup for a vegan version)

2 tsp real vanilla

1 cup buckwheat groats

a sprinkling of coarse salt

Optional: 1-3 oz. very dark chocolate (at least 85% cacao) and 1-2 Tbsp coconut oil
