INGREDIENTS
2 apples (I used Fuji)
1 pint of strawberries
15 oz can of peaches, drained (or 2 fresh peaches)
2 kiwi
⅔ cups Musselman’s Apple Butter
1 cup flour
2 eggs
¾ cup half and half
½ cup club soda
2 teaspoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
¼ teaspoon baking powder
Whipped Cream
Salted Caramel Sauce (I used store bought ice cream topping.)
