2 large sweet onions, diced

6 to 8 cloves garlic, crushed and minced fine

2 tablespoons sweet paprika

2 tablespoons dark chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin
•
2 cups tomato paste
•
1 cup cola
•
1 cup brown ale
•
1/2 cup soy sauce
•
1 cup catsup
•
1 gallon beef stock
•
salt and pepper to taste
