1 package (18.3 ounce) Fudge Brownie mix ( I used Betty Crocker)

1 cup all-purpose flour
•
2 large eggs, beaten
•
1/2 cup butter, melted then cooled
•
1-2 Tablespoons water
•
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
•
5 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature
•
3 Tablespoons butter, softened to room temperature
•
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
