For the cupcakes you’ll need:

1/2 t. baking soda

1/4 t. salt

2 1/2 c. flour

1 1/3 c. whole milk

For the buttercream you’ll need:

2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature

2 c. powdered sugar
•
2 t. vanilla extract
•
about 10 chocolate cookies (or Oreos!)
