1 tablespoon sugar
1-2 tablespoons melted butter
THE CHEESECAKE:
2 pounds cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large eggs
16 1/2- 3/4 inch brownies
A pinch of salt
