4 cups mascarpone cheese (1 liter)

2 cups dark chocolate (I used Santa Barbara Belgian Dark Chocolate)

1 cup white sugar
•
1/4 cup corn syrup
•
1/3 cup heavy cream
•
2 tablespoons butter
•
1/2 - 1 cup whole pecans
•
1/3 cup bourbon (optional)
