1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the topping:
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons hot fudge sauce
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
