•
● 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

● Frosting:
•
● 2 cups brown sugar
•
● 2/3 cup heavy cream
•
● 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
•
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
● 1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
•
● ice bath, optional
