Ingredients: 6-8 skinless chicken thighs, on the bone; 1 cup brown sugar; 1/4 cup diet lemon-lime soda (I used Diet 7-up); 2/3 cup white wine vinegar (you can also use regular wine vinegar, but I prefer white wine); 3 cloves of minced garlic; 2 Tbs lite soy sauce; 1 tsp ground black pepper
