2½ tsp. rum (white or dark)

1 cup white chocolate chips
•
1 cup diced dried pineapple (sweetened or unsweetened)

½ cup plus 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes, unsweetened
•
1 cup roughly chopped macadamia nuts
