1½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
•
1½ cups all purpose flour
•
½ teaspoon baking soda
•
¼ teaspoon salt
•
1 tablespoon cornstarch
•
1½ tablespoons half and half or milk
•
⅓ cup powdered sugar
•
couple drops vanilla extract
•
flaky sea salt (for topping)

reserved brown butter (see instructions)
