INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15.5 oz) can white beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 (18 oz) tube polenta, cut into slices half inch thick
finely parsley for garnish
flaky sea salt for garnish
