IN MIXER, WHISK FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS. ADD IN CRISCO, BUTTER. ADD 4 EGGS AND SLOWLY ADD THE WATER. FORM 2 DISKS-ONE LARGER THAN THE OTHER AND REST ON COUNTER COVERED IN PLASTIC WRAP 20 MINUTES

1 PACK SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE, CASING REMOVED AND FRIED UP
•
2 BROCCOLI HEADS, BLANCHED 2 MINUTES AND CHOPPED
•
16 OUNCES SHREDDED CHEESE (I USE MOZZARELLA/PROVOLONE COMBO)
•
5 EGG YOLKS
•
6 WHITES
•
10 OUNCES RICOTTA CHEESE
•
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
•
COMBINE THE YOLKS, WHITES, MIX IN SHREDDED CHEESE AND RICOTTA, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. STIR IN THE SAUSAGE AND BROCCOLI TO COMBINE ALL.
