Broccoli Forest Loaf

INGREDIENTS
1 small head of broccoli (about 250 g), cut into large florets
1½ cups (185 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. ground turmeric
½ tsp. chile powder
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 ½ cups (170 g) grated cheddar
1 bunch of chives (about 25 g), finely chopped
⅓ cup (65 g) black or green olives, pitted and roughly chopped
½ cup (120 ml) extra-virgin olive oil
¾ cup (150 g) sour cream
1 large egg
