2 teaspoons lemon pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt
•
1 cup minced onion
•
1/2 cup water
•
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
•
1/2 cup chopped red onion
•
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
•
10 -15 tortillas
