2 and 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (I used Red Star Active Dry yeast)

4 and 1/4 c all-purpose flour
•
1/2 c granulated sugar
•
1 and 1/2 tsp salt
•
1 large egg whisked with 1 Tbsp water
