4 to 5 cups water
2 ½ -inch piece of fresh ginger (unpeeled is okay), coarsely chopped
1 tablespoons Manuka honey
3 bags of green tea or 3 servings of good quality loose-leaf green tea leaves
½ lemon squeezed
