ground cinnamon

eggs, lightly beaten

milk
1/4 c
butter, melted
1/4 c
raisins, chopped
1 1/2 c
maple-flavored syrup
1 Tbsp
orange rind, grated

How to Make Oatmeal Waffles with Orange-Maple Sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well.
  • 2Combine eggs, milk, and butter; stir well. Add milk mixture to dry ingredients, stirring until blended. Stir in raisins.
  • 3Bake in pre-heated oiled waffle iron. Serve with warm Orange-Maple Sauce....directions next!
  • 4Combine the syrup and orange rind in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
