How to Make Norwegian Waffles

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add melted butter, buttermilk, baking soda, milk, and cinnamon; stir. Add flour slowly, stirring.
  2. Bake batter in a hot waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions. Serve with maple syrup.
