How to Make It's a Secret!: Mixed Berry Waffles

Step-by-Step

  1. Butter/oil a waffle maker and turn it on.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in one bowl and the egg, cooking oil and milk in another.
  3. Mix the Berries in a different bowl, then go back to the dry and wet ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and whisk/stir until smooth.
  4. Pour the berries into the batter and stir until fully mixed.
  5. Pour some of the batter onto the waffle maker (don't press hard, press lightly, or not at all so the berries don't get crushed!), and wait for it to be done. Put any topping you like onto your waffle.
