French Toast Waffle
How to Make French Toast Waffle
- Whip together the egg and eggnog (or cream) in a shallow bowl. Preheat your waffle iron to a medium setting.
- Soak each bread slice (1 at a time) in the batter. Brush the waffle iron with butter, and place one prepared slice of bread on the waffle iron. Close lid and wait for indicator, or check after 2-3 minutes.
- Remove waffle to serving plate and top with a little more butter. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
Serve with honey, syrup, fruit, or powdered sugar.
