Made with Baking Mix and Canned Pumpkin, these are a nice change in the fall around the holidays for breakfast.

Ingredients
- 2 1/3 cups baking mix (i use pioneer brand)
- 1 1/2 cups milk, 2%
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 - eggs
How To Make fast & easy pumpkin waffles

Step 1Add baking mix to a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk by hand. The batter may be a little lumpy.

Step 2Spray a waffle iron and preheat. Ladle into waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer's directions.

Step 3Serve hot with either butter and maple syrup, applesauce or honey
