  • 2/3 c
    almond butter
  • 2
  • 1/3 c
    mashed banana
  • 1/3 c
    almond milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    almond extract
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2/3 c
    fresh or frozen berries

How to Make Almond Butter Waffles


  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Whisk together almond butter, eggs banana, almond milk, oil and almond extract.
  3. Stir in cornstarch, cinnamon, and baking soda.
  4. Fold in berries.
  5. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray. Fill about 3/4s full. Cook according to manufactures instructions.
  6. Enjoy!
