Ingredients
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1/3 cup mashed banana
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup fresh or frozen berries
How To Make almond butter waffles

Step 1Preheat waffle iron.

Step 2Whisk together almond butter, eggs banana, almond milk, oil and almond extract.

Step 3Stir in cornstarch, cinnamon, and baking soda.

Step 4Fold in berries.

Step 5Spray waffle iron with cooking spray. Fill about 3/4s full. Cook according to manufactures instructions.
