yougurt pancakes

My daughter reminded me the other day about this recipe that I would make for my family many years ago. I love these with our Canadian maple syrup, but any syrup will do. This recipe can be doubles or tripled depending on how many people you will be serving. Enyoy.......

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 - 175g containers of fruit yougurt (any fruit)
- 1 - egg
- tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup 1 or 2% milk
How To Make yougurt pancakes

Step 1Combine flours, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 2In a separate bowl combine yogurt, egg. oil and milk and mix well. Add the dry ingredients to yogurt mixture and mix until almost smooth.

Step 3Heat griddle or skillet and spray with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, flip when bubbles begin to break on topside. Place batch in a warm oven and move on to the next batch
