vanilla keto pancakes
Tender and fluffy, tasty and delicious, these low-carb pancakes are made with only 5 ingredients and taste better than restaurant pancakes. Everyone will love these yummy pancakes-add sugar-free chocolate chips, berries or nuts and bananas. Perfect for diabetic, gluten-free and low-carb diets! It took me a long time to come up with this perfect recipe-the texture is wonderful.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
How To Make vanilla keto pancakes

Step 1In a large bowl, whisk cream cheese 1-2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla and whisk to combine with cream cheese. Add almond flour and baking powder and whisk until battter is smooth.

Step 2In a medium skillet over medium heat on stovetop, pour 1/3 cup batter into heated pan, wait until bubbles form on top and flip, turning heat down to medium low so pancakes won't cook too fast.

Step 3Remove to plate and repeat with remaining batter.

Step 4Serve with butter and sugar-free syrup. You can also add sugar-free chocolate chips or berries, sliced bananas and/or nuts. They're great eaten plain as vanilla pancakes too.
