Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 large aa eggs
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
How To Make swedish buttermilk pancakes

Step 1Beat eggs thoroughly.

Step 2Blend together 1/3 C buttermilk, vanilla. cardamom, and sugar. Add to eggs and blend.

Step 3Add 1/3 C flour and 1/3C buttermilk and blend until smooth.

Step 4Add another 1/3 C flour, 1/3 C buttermilk and the butter and blend.

Step 5Drop 1/4 Cup of batter and cook on hot flat surface.

Step 6Cook until golden brown, cooking and turning over 1 time to cook the other side.
