How to Make Swedish Buttermilk pancakes
- Beat eggs thoroughly.
- Blend together 1/3 C buttermilk, vanilla. cardamom, and sugar. Add to eggs and blend.
- Add 1/3 C flour and 1/3C buttermilk and blend until smooth.
- Add another 1/3 C flour, 1/3 C buttermilk and the butter and blend.
- Drop 1/4 Cup of batter and cook on hot flat surface.
- Cook until golden brown, cooking and turning over 1 time to cook the other side.
