Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cake flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries ( or any other fruit you like)
How To Make sour cream blueberry pancakes

Step 1IN a large bowl add all the dry ingredients and mix well

Step 2Mix all wet ingredients and pour over dry ingredients mix till blended add in fruit. Let stand 5 min.

Step 3Cook on med heat until till you see bubbles at the top and flip over and cook another 5 min. Enjoy. *Note this receipe can be doubled,
