Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 - egg
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 cup water
How To Make pumpkin pie pancakes

Step 1Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk well to avoid clumps.

Step 2In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients except water.

Step 3Add wet ingriedients to dry, whisking well to avoid clumps.

Step 4Add water to batter and mix well.

Step 5Grease a medium- sized skillet and heat on medium.

Step 6Add about 1/4 cup of batter. Allow batter to cook until you can easily slide a spatula under the pancake and flip, about 2 minutes.

Step 7Cook opposite side 2 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

Step 8Drizzle hot pancake with warmed maple syrup.
