Pancakes are so flavorful and I tweaked this a few times before getting thumbs up from my husband. I also like to serve this with strawberries or blueberries Use the frozen fruit and sear it on the stove on medium heat (to keep it healthier I do not add anything)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make pancakes

Step 1In a large bowl mix all your dry ingredients together, Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Nutmeg, Cinnamon

Step 2In a separate bowl mix Milk, eggs, Vanilla, Melted Butter

Step 3Slowly Mix the "wet"mixture into the "dry" mixture - Mix until smooth

Step 4Heat lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour/Scoop batter onto pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each Pancake. Cook until bubbles break the surface, about 2 minutes and flip the pancake and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
