Pancakes are so flavorful and I tweaked this a few times before getting thumbs up from my husband. I also like to serve this with strawberries or blueberries Use the frozen fruit and sear it on the stove on medium heat (to keep it healthier I do not add anything)

Ingredients For pancakes

  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 to 2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 2 lg
  • 1 1/4 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make pancakes

    In a large bowl mix all your dry ingredients together, Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Nutmeg, Cinnamon

    In a separate bowl mix Milk, eggs, Vanilla, Melted Butter
  • 3
    Slowly Mix the "wet"mixture into the "dry" mixture - Mix until smooth

    Heat lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour/Scoop batter onto pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each Pancake. Cook until bubbles break the surface, about 2 minutes and flip the pancake and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
