Ingredients For nana banana pancakes

2 cflour

3 Tbspsugar

2 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspground cinnamon

1/8 tspground ginger

2very ripe bananas
-
2 lgeggs

2 cbuttermilk
-
2 Tbspunsalted butter, melted
How To Make nana banana pancakes

1Sift the dry ingredients (flour-ginger) in a large bowl.

2In another bowl, mash the bananas well. Add the eggs and buttermilk. Whisk until well combined.

3Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Stir, but only until smooth. Don't overmix.

4Add the melted butter to the batter. If it seems too thick, add a little more buttermilk. Don't overmix!

5Heat a griddle over medium high heat. Add butter to grease. Pour 1/4 cup of batter at a time and cook until bubbles form on the edges and the pancake is just lightly browned on the bottom. Flip. Cook until lightly browned on the other side. Serve with syrup, Caramelized bananas on top are nice too!
