How To Make nana banana pancakes
-
Step 1Sift the dry ingredients (flour-ginger) in a large bowl.
-
Step 2In another bowl, mash the bananas well. Add the eggs and buttermilk. Whisk until well combined.
-
Step 3Add the dry ingredients to the wet. Stir, but only until smooth. Don't overmix.
-
Step 4Add the melted butter to the batter. If it seems too thick, add a little more buttermilk. Don't overmix!
-
Step 5Heat a griddle over medium high heat. Add butter to grease. Pour 1/4 cup of batter at a time and cook until bubbles form on the edges and the pancake is just lightly browned on the bottom. Flip. Cook until lightly browned on the other side. Serve with syrup, Caramelized bananas on top are nice too!
