Can pre-mix dry ingredients and store in ziploc baggie or airtight container so they are ready to go when needed.

Also can add fruit when mixing for even tastier pancakes.

Ingredients

1 c
all purpose flour
1/2 c
100% whole wheat flour
3 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
1 1/4 c
milk
1
egg
3 Tbsp
melted butter (unless cooking in butter)

Step-By-Step

1Pour all the dry ingredients into a medium-size bowl. Add the milk, egg and butter, if using. Mix well to combine. Pour ΒΌ cup of pancake batter onto the pan or griddle over medium heat. Wait until bubbles form to flip.
