Can pre-mix dry ingredients and store in ziploc baggie or airtight container so they are ready to go when needed. Also can add fruit when mixing for even tastier pancakes.

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup 100% whole wheat flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 - egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vnilla extract

How To Make homemade pancakes

  • Step 1
    Pour all the dry ingredients into a medium-size bowl. Add the milk, egg and butter, and vanilla. Mix well to combine. Pour ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the pan or griddle over medium heat. Wait until bubbles form to flip.
