How to Make Fluffy Pancakes
- Combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, and salt. Combine egg, buttermilk and butter; slowly stir into dry ingredients. Pancake batter will be very thick.
- For each pancake, spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are brown. Serve pancakes with syrup of choice.
