Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 cups whole milk or buttermilk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
How To Make fluffy pancakes

Step 1Combine flour, sugar, soda, baking powder, and salt. Combine egg, buttermilk and butter; slowly stir into dry ingredients. Pancake batter will be very thick.

Step 2For each pancake, spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are brown. Serve pancakes with syrup of choice.
