buttermilk (or substitute 2 c. water with 1/2 c. powdered buttermilk)
1Beat eggs. Add Buttermilk and Oil.
2Stir together all dry ingredients and add to liquids.
3Stir with a whisk. Don't over mix or add dry ingredients until ready to cook for best results.
4Cook them on a skillet, turning them with a large spatula till done to your liking. We always used a large electric table top skillet, much faster.
