I've been cooking this for 30 years. This is how we like it but it can be served with fresh fruit, whipped cream, sauteed apples, whatever!

Ingredients
- cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch salt
- 1 cup milk
- 5 eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar for topping
How To Make dutch baby

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 with 12 inch skillet inside to preheat. If the skillet is too small the pancake won't rise.

Step 2Mix dry ingredients with milk.

Step 3Add eggs one at a time mixing well.

Step 4Add melted butter

Step 5Pour into greased 12 inch skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Step 6Serve with butter, lemon juice and powdered sugar to top.
