- 5 - eggs
- 140 grams cream (min. 30% fat)
- 80 grams plain flour
- 30 grams caster sugar
- 30 grams butter, divided into 2 pieces
- 10 grams icing sugar
- fruits, jams, or whipped cream, for serving
How To Make dutch baby pancake

Step 1Preheat the oven to 220°C. Prepare 2 pans suitable for baking in the oven.

Step 2Insert whisk into mixing bowl. Place eggs, cream, flour and sugar into mixing bowl.

Step 3Press control knob and mix 1 min/speed 4.

Step 4Put 15 g butter in each pan and place them in the oven to let the butter melt.

Step 5Pour the batter onto the melted butter in the pans and bake for 15 mins until golden brown.

Step 6Remove the pan from the oven.

Step 7Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve to taste with fruits, jams or whipped cream.
