chocolate chip pancakes
I enjoy pancakes, especially made with mini chocolate chips, then served with pure maple syrup, and topped with a bit of Reddi Wip and a few mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- optional ingredient: reddi wip, to top pancakes with, and then top with a few mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip pancakes

Step 1In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set bowl aside.

Step 2In a separate bowl whisk together, the milk, melted butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract.

Step 3Now add the flour mixture, being careful not to over mix the batter.

Step 4Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat skillet with cooking spray.

Step 6Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.

Step 7Flip the pancake over with a spatula, and continue cooking until lightly browned on the other side.

Step 8Remove pancakes when done cooking, and serve with pure maple syrup.

Step 9Optional Topping: If desired, also top pancakes with a bit of Reddi Wip, and sprinkle a few mini semi-sweet chocolate chips on top.
