3/4 caunt jemima pancake mix

1 tspsugar

1/2 cwhole milk

3 lgeggs
-
1/3 csugar

2 lgtart apples
-
1/4 cbutter, melted

1/4 cchopped pecans

1 tspground cinnamon
How To Make baked apple pecan pancakes

1Pare and thinly slice the apples. Preheat oven to 450° F.

2Combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and the teaspoon of sugar. Mix well

3Place melted butter and apples in a 9 or 10 inch cast iron skillet and cook over medium heat until tender. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

4Pour batter evenly over nuts and apples.

5Combine the 1/3 cup of sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 450°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until pancake is puffed and sugar is melted. Loosen sides of pancake, cool slightly and cut into wedges.
