Ingredients

  • 50 grams butter
  • 300 grams milk
  • 2 - eggs
  • 30 grams white sugar
  • 200 grams low-gluten flour, sifted
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

How To Make american-style pancakes

  • Step 1
    Put butter into the mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    Put on the measuring cup and melt the butter at 3min/60℃/REV1.
  • Step 3
    Add milk, eggs, white sugar, salt, low-gluten flour and baking powder into the mixing bowl.
  • Step 4
    Mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV3. Mix the ingredients with a scraper until there is no dry flour.
  • Step 5
    Sieve the mixed batter. Preheat a nonstick pan, pour a tablespoon of batter into it, fry the batter for about 1 minute.
  • Step 6
    Once the surface is bubbling, turn over the pancake and fry it for another 1 min. Repeat the steps above for the remaining batter.
  • Step 7
    Enjoy the pancake while it is warm.
