How To Make american-style pancakes

1Put butter into the mixing bowl.

2Put on the measuring cup and melt the butter at 3min/60℃/REV1.

3Add milk, eggs, white sugar, salt, low-gluten flour and baking powder into the mixing bowl.

4Mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV3. Mix the ingredients with a scraper until there is no dry flour.

5Sieve the mixed batter. Preheat a nonstick pan, pour a tablespoon of batter into it, fry the batter for about 1 minute.

6Once the surface is bubbling, turn over the pancake and fry it for another 1 min. Repeat the steps above for the remaining batter.
