Ingredients
- 50 grams butter
- 300 grams milk
- 2 - eggs
- 30 grams white sugar
- 200 grams low-gluten flour, sifted
- 10 grams baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons honey
How To Make american-style pancakes

Step 1Put butter into the mixing bowl.

Step 2Put on the measuring cup and melt the butter at 3min/60℃/REV1.

Step 3Add milk, eggs, white sugar, salt, low-gluten flour and baking powder into the mixing bowl.

Step 4Mix the ingredients at 30sec/REV3. Mix the ingredients with a scraper until there is no dry flour.

Step 5Sieve the mixed batter. Preheat a nonstick pan, pour a tablespoon of batter into it, fry the batter for about 1 minute.

Step 6Once the surface is bubbling, turn over the pancake and fry it for another 1 min. Repeat the steps above for the remaining batter.

Step 7Enjoy the pancake while it is warm.
