My family loves pancakes and these are the best! I always serve them with Smuckers blackberry syrup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup water, warm
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups milk, whole

How To Make yeast pancakes

  • Step 1
    Combine Flour and Sugar in a large bowl
  • Step 2
    Soften yeast in warm water
  • Step 3
    Add eggs, oil and milk to yeast mixture
  • Step 4
    Add to dry mixture and stir until blended
  • Step 5
    Mixture may be stored in a closed container in refrigator for up to one week.
